Mercury inline 6 Steering arm?
Looking for a steering arm assembly for my 1969 1250. Do I need anything special or are they interchangeable across all inlines?

Thanks, I'll try to dig up some pictures. I think I chucked the old one when I disassembled the boat for restoration, it was a bit rusty. Of course now its time to reassemble years later and I can't find it.

Second one from the right or that grouping of 4 on the left side of the picture look pretty close. I measured the drop between the attachment point on the motor and where it would meet the steering cable and its right at 2". Center to center from the stud to the bolt is somewhere between 11 - 12". I don't have the steering cable in place yet so I can't tell exactly how much travel it will have lock to lock but I those those dimensions would get me close enough. Thanks for the help!
