So, I go to the dealer to check on the new bronco build orders. Not building anytime soon he says. Oh, well...I see the new colors for the 22 superdutys, say I really like the new titan blue more than the silver truck i have now. He says that I can order a 22 in blue in october and sell my 21 for MORE than I paid for it. Would have to wait 4-6 mos for the new truck to come in. Never, ever did I think that would be possible. Just might do it. Most won't wait for a new vehicle, they want it NOW. Maybe 5k over what I paid....New truck about same as I paid.

The sales guys at the dealer are freaking out. Only allotted 40% (for 21) of the vehicles they got last year (and they were short for 20.) It's gonna be bad for the new car/truck sales guys.

Last time I bought a new Ford was 1977 that was a van, I ordered my truck with in 5 minutes of the order opening I should have it this time next year, I just might drive it for 6 months or so and try to get $20,000 more for It I don't know maybe after a year or so, I really want the 2024 Solid State model, I ordered the 500 mile battery version so It should be in high demand, Tesla stock doing GREAT

Definitely worth it if you can wait the 4-6 months upgrade for free. I heard they were sending out offers trying to get stuff to sell didn't think it was this bad. Knew the chip shortage was but you forget everything it touches.

Same deal with the new Bronco. Put dn 100 bucks, placed order. Now, when will they be built? I'm thinking not this year if they can't even fill existing commercial truck and rental car orders.

They have an hybrid electric F 150 in the showroom. (100K) It is a crazy truck. can power your big rv with it and recharge it while you drive. Power all kinds of tools and stuff. 430 hp 570 tq. combined electric and gas power. 22 will have a full electric model that is intended to compete with the cybertruck. (looks a heckof a lot better imo)

Ford will have an all electric truck before tesla gets the cybertruck even close to market..and even if not they already have a hybrid which is alot more practical.
And yes look at the difference and usability that cybertruck is just ridiculous.Most looking at buying that aren't looking for a TRUCK they are mostly pozers..I said mostly ..not all
The cybertruck still can't pass safety I said a while back that it's going to need some serious changes to do it.
And orders aren't sales..plenty put up $100 to say I got a cybertruck.watch how many cancel and if and when they do sell will saturate the market and will lose value pretty damn quick.

And not feeding responding to X..lol

And that is not a financial position I would want to put myself into voluntarily.

I would bet That $100k has all the bells and whistles not comparable to a $63k truck..mine was $63k and it's not loaded..does have a crap load but not fully loaded.
It's amazing when you look and is says loaded for $$ but then you actually fully load it it's $$$$ just like every vehicle..

Well you have to add in that it drives the vehicle etc.too..
Not saying for that price I'd buy one... luckily I'm not looking for one for along time...unless the lottery ticket comes along..lol then would be interested in the hybrid.
Oh and saving the planet priceless..lol

Driver assist is cameras and sensors all round the truck to warn of other vehicles. Some say it is dangerous. Park assist is auto parallel park. (screwey to me) They also have steering assist, to vary steering ratio so not as any turns of the wheel in a parking lot. (some problems w/it) I got none of this in my f 250 truck. I did the lariat prem pkg and the FX-4 with the black out pkg. No sunoof...The 7.3 gas motor is awesome. The 10 speed is ehhh. Liked the 6 better but not avail with the 7.3. And the GPS still sucks imo.
