CDI TPM module bypass on CDM system?
Ok, referencing #5 in the pic, does this mean i can bypass the timing protect module from a CDM system and still have coil voltage by connecting the trigger directly to the CDM harness? By doing this i should be able to set timing without the interference of the TPM? My point is that im trying to use the CDM system i have with a new build but i dont want any timing interference from the controller. If anyone has found a way to do this please share! Btt
So after talking back and forth with a couple folks that know a few things, its looks like swapping the carb model TPM with an EFI model TPM will solve my problem because the EFI TPM does not control RPM. On EFI models its controlled in the ECU. Anyone tried this yet?"The character of a man can be easily judged by how he treats those who can do nothing for him"
