    Gear Oil Access

If there is an ounce of truth in this I have nothing to say.
I wonder if the mid section side flank panels can be removed to gain access to the fill and vent screws? Hopefully they've changed to allen heads / sockets instead of those stupid slotted heads?

I meant to say you need to pull the case from the power head everytime to change the oil. Which would be everytime l ran it. I had visions of a mod-vp with one of these but came to my senses after a few discussions.

The price I was quoted was much lower then (like double digits lower) but it still makes more sense to go with a the 300R and work with it.

Maybe, but that would put me back in the 500+ range, I would love 375 to 450 max lbs, my g2 ( according to the tag) was 560, and it had my rails 1 ro 2" in the water

The 2003 does a decent job of floating the 3L even with a 14" setback but a 15" mid is it before water will be an issue and its still quirky at idle with so much water in the can and surrounding the tuner.
