25 Predator (24 Skater copy) 300X Stroker

2006 25' Predator same hull design as a 24 Skater but has the rear seat and cockpit moved forward allowing for a rear storage area and hatch. Motor is a completely rebuilt 2005 300X with a new 3.2 stroker crank, all new Mercury pistons, rings, set up for 93 octane. Motor has 246.1 total hours and approx. 40 hours run time since being completely rebuilt by Chaz. Horsepower is said to be 350ish and the boat has run a best of 86 with no real set up time or money spent. Motor has Marine Machine side ram steering with a Capilano helm, gear case is a 1.62 Sportmaster that was recently gone through by Craig Collabella. Trailer is an all Alum. tandem with mag wheels, new hub kits 300 miles ago, and is in good shape as well. I am 100% confident that we could get the boat into the low 90s with the addition of a 17" Porta bracket, and correct propeller for maximum engine height capability. Bad Ass Boat! Had a lot of fun when I had it back in 2013-14. This boat has covered some ground! I trailered it from South Carolina to Florida. Believe a guy in Georgia had before then. and was originally from New York. I sold it to one of JPROG's friend's- went to Jacksonville/St. Johns area. Now in Michigan. Wow! When I got it had a fixed Zilock jackplate mounted to the Bob's hydraulic jackplate for set back. I got rid of that. Sweet spot for this boat was right at about 4k, it was doing about 62 MPH and floating on air. This was a great cruising speed and I'd fly past just about everything around me. Great boat, had a lot of fun with it. Good luck w/ the sale!

Here it is with the 2 jackplates bolted together. Never liked it like that, dangerous and too much set back. I thought it was good with just the single Bob's HD.

Are there many more of these around? I’ve been looking at skater copies and this is the first predator I’ve seen.
