Post Rebuilt JohnRude shortshaft 60 and 75

1976 Evinrude 75, 1980-83 Johnson 60 (both assembled from parts). Both motors were totally rebuilt, gearcases, powerheads and swivel brackets. The 75 has been started, neither motor has been broken in. I have a 1975 Evinrude 75 and 197 Johnson Stinger 75 as personal motors to run on our 1974 14' Allison (restored). The 60 downhousing/gearcase were used a few years ago to break in an SST45 powerhead on the Allison. I also have a spare SST45 motor complete for sale. I have an extra through-transom trim ram that could be used on the 60 or 75.

    Johnson 60 $2300
Evinrude 75 $3300Click image for larger version.

Red Wing Boat Co. will pack it in a new Evinrude crate for $150. You would arrange the shipping, including paperwork and pickup from Red Wing. So you can use any shipping company that delivers from Houston to Pa. Let me know soon. A guy from Finland is trying to find a company to ship it to him. Whomever pays a $500 deposit first will have the motor held for him.

There are no controls. You can get a nice 2 lever Johnson or Evinrude shifter box on ebay, and cables as well or from an Evinrude dealer.
The wiring harness comes with a new key switch.
