Buffing out an old STV
Just had a repair done on my 89 STV. The pickle fork and deck area all around the repair look like new? I asked the glass guy about the fantastic shine but he replied it was a secret? I buff this boat numerous times but never got it to look this good? Anyone have a clue what this could be??

I wet sand down to 2000/3000, water running to keep surface clean and then buff with Aqua Buff 2000 ; being sure to keep it wet and don't buff off but wash off compound, when doing gelcoat work, John
