Always was curious about these boats , what is top speed with the 300 ? Beautiful boat over all except for the 1973 looking engine splash well , what were they thinking ?

The splash well is a great design. The reason splash wells like that are common in many offshore boats is because it's better buffer for waves coming over the back, a following sea etc. Having a splash well like that is really effective. Should run 90 -92.

If it was closed off there would be more storage space and an area for a small sun pad. Still a nice boat though, glws.

Is there a cuddy or is the bow area unfinished?

No offense but a sun deck would be a terrible idea because there is no room for one and for good design as outlined above.

The boat has tons of storage, it's carpeted under the front.
