    Jack Nicklaus has achieved 18 major championships.

    He (the Golden Bear) won 117 professional tournaments in his career.

    18 major titles is the record, others like Tiger Woods want to surpass.

    ~~~
    I am on a commercial flight back to California from Florida. And over the intercom the pilot says,
    Jack Nicklaus just won the Masters (back then it was a big deal).
    At 46 years of age, the Bear wins the 1986 Masters (his last on the PGA).
    Man, that's a tuff one.... This had to take some enormous balls...
    At 10:56 p.m. EDT, American astronaut Neil Armstrong, 240,000 miles from Earth, speaks these words to more than a billion people listening at home: “That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.” Stepping off the lunar landing module Eagle, Armstrong became the first human to walk on the surface of the moon.
    In his 84 years, Thomas Edison acquired a record number of 1,093 patents (singly or jointly) and was the driving force behind such innovations as the phonograph, the incandescent light bulb and one of the earliest motion picture cameras. He also created the world’s first industrial research laboratory. Known as the “Wizard of Menlo Park,” for the New Jersey town where he did some of his best-known work, Edison had become one of the most famous men in the world by the time he was in his 30s.
    Donald Trump. Hands down the Greatest President our country has ever seen. Not a politician, donated his salary every year for the greater good of our country. Came out worth the same or less than he went in with, the exact opposite of all the other Presidents in my lifetime.
    Here is Bill Seebold and me an older Kid now, at Tavares Vintage Race 2019.
    Bill wanted to seat in this Molinari hull, which was the first Molinari hull to race in USA.
    My Dad, raced the wooden tunnel boat, in 1966 at the old Gold Coast Marathon race.
    An intercoastal race on Saturday from Miami Marine Stadium to West Palm Beach, and back the following day.
    watched a show about Edison and his invention, a direct current that lit a section of Manhatton. one of his underlings developed the alternating current version known to us to as AC, that guy's name was Tesla, quite a competion back in the day and guess who came out on top?
