If you stuff rags in the carbs and crank it do the bores fill up/pond fuel? If they do not then you got a problem with your carbs even though you are gettin fuel in the bowl. If you do get fuel in the bore then your timing is off or you are not transferring it back to the cylinders.

If your base timing is set right then it shouldn't matter if theres a screw or you aint getting your WOT timing correct...thats a whole different problem. It should start at 0-4 atdc if it has fuel and the magnets are in the correct spot and intact in the flywheel. When you time it do you see the timing jumping around or is it steady? You verify spark in every cylinder?

Sounds like its working then. Did you activated it while trying to start the motor?

Glastron, No I just check that fuel was flowing.

question - I have a remote oil system which is currently not connected and the ports are not blocked off, I believe that system works off of crankcase pressure like the fuel pump could that cause no fuel to to sent from the pump?

The fuel pump runs on a different cylinder than the oil pressure port. You still should cap off the oil pressure port.
I hope you have oil mixed with the gas you are spraying into the carbs..........

    Yes I am using premix

    25two-stroke
Timing mark is steady and I have spark in all holes. will try rag trick tomorrow, what would cause fuel not to make it to the cylinders if it’s not the carbs

Jacked reeds, a crankcase leak, bad rings (but I assume you've checked compression and ruled that out)

Yeah started with compression all cylinders 145 to 150 psi before replacing all electronics

I'll just mention one more thing about the enricher. My son and I tried and tried to start a 135 without the enricher. It would not start. We didn't know what was wrong with it. Finally we used the enricher while trying to start and it started right away and ran like it wanted to run. Not sure if you're having the same problem now that you have the spark squared away.

Make sure that the throttle plates are totally closed and a little space between the roller and cam. This setup requires the plates to be closed or it won't work as designed.
