New to Scream and Fly
I'm new to Scream and Fly. I have a 20' Canyon Silhouette open bow modified tunnel. I started with a Mercury 3.0 L 225 unfortunately we had a lot of problems with that motor so Mercury replaced it with a Promax 225 that ran great. A few years later I traded it for a Promax 300 that I have had ever since. I have been reading some posts and getting info from Mercury Racing about the new 300R four stroke motor. After much research and deliberation I have ordered one and will be selling my Promax 300 once I get word when my new motor will be delivered.

welcome aboard ! tell me, how does your boat like the ski tower, I've never seen something so elaborate on a vessel of that configuration , is it a good ski tower?
most overnite successes usually take at least 10 years

Welcome to S&F. I hope you have considered the weight of the 300R. That is a very heavy motor for any 20' boat.
