Only in the UK and only the drivers who filed their case in 2016; not Uber drivers in general... seems like "not a big deal" to Uber overall. It will probably affect a lot of smaller businesses negatively though.

Uber has managed to make taxis unprofitable everywhere, impoverish their drivers, and lose huge amounts of money. Uber is convenient though.
