ECU Replaced

If an ECU is bad on a 275HP Verado and I replace it with a ECU from a 300HP Verado will it produce the 300HP. Plug and play as long as I run 91 octane. Will it put out the horsepower

I believe so, but I'm not a Verado expert. I would try calling Simon, he should be able to point you in the right direction.
