1994 Allison Copy (Activator build 'Alpha') without power rigged for Merc

1994 Allison copy. This is a Marc Snepp Activator built Alpha.

I purchased Jan 2019 and rerigged it. Decided to sell without power. It is almost complete. The only thing left is to repaint the floor and the yellow is prepped for paint. The yellow clear was peeling I tried to wetsand and clear but took too much off so the yellow needs to be painted. White gelcoat is in nice condition and shiny. Sale includes 1 pt. of PPG 2 stage Millenium Yellow paint and quart of Rustoleum marine topcoat white paint for inside . Seems like a well built solid boat. I repaired an area that was damaged in the well, added a bow eye with glassed in wood reinforcement backing, (weird, the boat was built with no bow eye) and I glassed in a battery mount under the dash. I also drilled the first transom well drain hole and transom wood was dry (see photos). The corners of the transom have some gel stress cracks but transom and hull seem solid and well built.

Comp stringer build. Under 400 lbs.

If still for sale when weather gets warmer I will paint the yellow. Comes with PPG 2 stage primer, paint and clear if sold before then.
