I’ve run stuff like that in my old Jon boat. As long as up on plane going flat out you only ran about five inches deep.

Done the same thing with a flat bottom. You stop or get off the path just a bit, and you're f**ked. I have had to walk out through the swamp, low tide and the wind blew the water out of the marsh. That SUCKED!!!

Back in 1977 I was selling my 77 17' MFG with a 140 Johnson we were taking a test run after our family field day when I worked at the Miller Brewing Co 13 million barrel a year beer plant, we were drunk smoking some strong chit when I noticed the birds were not moving as we came right at them, we flew in the air landed on the other side of the sand bar, a little buffing had to fix the prop and skeg but the guy boat the boat, he said if it can take THAT it can take anything, I had the Miller High Life logo painted on the side of the boat but it only said High.

    Yes I was young once.

Come to think about it the guy who bought that boat was the first person I ever bought any pot from I was 23 yrs old, when I first started there I was working 12 hour days as many as you wanted because LITE beer was selling like crazy everyone was hired in the same year brand new monster facility, made their own bottles next door and cans down the street and made there own electric huge coal smoke stacks out back, then they closed the doors at 19 years because they wanted nothing to do with paying the retirement they promised I was gone and in Fl. by 85 buying apartment houses.

I'm betting it is one of those mud motors.

I saw one at the fuel station once, pretty interesting setup.

Oh ya I missed that little detail! He says 9" tunnel. So he must have it jacked to the moon. I still bet if fills the cooling system with mud. That video is from 2013, I'll bet he has burned the motor up by now.
