Very interesting boat. It is a talon 25 hull / bottom with a modified motion 25 deck. I believe motion made a few and called them a 26. I think the molds then went to deep impact or somehow they were involved as their have been a few deep impact 26's for sale that are identical to the boat you have pictured. I know nothing of avenger or their build quality but it is certainty the same boat.

I have thought they would make a decent boat as the talon 25 was a good running boat with good handling characteristics and to me the motion deck looks much better than the talon deck did. I know this site hates 4 stroke outboards but I think one rerigged with a single 450r could be a great boat.

Can you get any pictures below the deck of of the engine bay?

Thanks for that info. The only post I found confirmed what you said - based on a Talon bottom and a Motion deck. Like you, I am concerned by the build quality (haven't actually seen the boat in person yet).

Here are the only other pics I have..

I noticed the listing and didn't think the price was to out of line. Also it looked listed quiet awhile ago so I assume they might consider an offer significantly lower. Good Luck and let me know what you come up with.
