280 Wiring question?

I'm trying to wire up the relay for a weldon fuel pump. The wiring was already in place, installing a different motor and not sure where these wires go. I didn't remove the old motor which was a mercury drag.
Not sure what Black wire and red with blue stripe are for? Not sure what the brown wire with white stripe is for? I believe that the two wires with the yellow tape should connect together. The two wires in the last picture are going to the relay.

Brown/white is trim sender.

That black and the red/purple is keyed power, so that can be used to power a fuel pump, external computer or gauge.
