The best oxygenator/Octane boost was MTBE but is only available in Latin America countries due to spillage making groundwater taste bad. Second best is a toulene/Napthene combo that was used in Formula one cars.

In a 6 gallon jug,. 5 1/2 gallons no alc 91 , 1/2 gallon toluene, good instructed amount RP Max MMT, 40:1 RP Two Stroke mix , never look back. Don't think 150psi cranking needs all that but if it's a barge workhorse on WOT all day.

There is 8 of us running it in boats out of our shop. no problems at all. 1 ounce per gal raises octane 2-1/2 numbers. claims you can raise up to 10 numbers max. We tested it in 2.5 mercs 2 ounces to gal at 180 compression with good results. I mix 3 oz to gal in my drag car. Lowers egts and runs lil harder. Do dot spill it on paint or gelcoat. It will stain.

using Klotz booster here as well, never had results even close to what the Klotz gives with any other product. Just be careful when using it, getting it on any paint or gel will almost instantly discolor that color. PreMixing it is the best way to go just for ease of getting it in the tank.

MTBE is so toxic that the manufacturer would not sell it to us when I worked on propane engines for a major car company. They said it was not safe for us to handle. Lead!

I pre-mix it all together in a 5 gallon can for however much fuel I am going to run. Meaning, if I am going to put in a total of 25 gallons of fuel to my otherwise empty tank, I add ~100oz of oil, 25-50oz of Klotz (whatever is appropriate for the fuel I am mixing to) and fill the rest of the can with fuel to mix. Then add to the tank and fill the tank... easy peasy. I do it this way to eliminate the chance of getting the klotz on my deck as well as so I can control my OCD and keep a count on everything. Otherwise I start getting the sticky head and questioning rather I put everything in, put it in in the correct quantities etc...

This actually raises octane levels and does not separate over time. It also includes anti corrision addive against ethanol, cleaning agents and lubrication. Only "negative" thing I noticed is that it leaves a little orange color residue on the spark plugs.
