Best way to fill drainplug hole
I致e had to relocate the drainplug on my STV in order to mount a skid plate, so I知 trying to figure out the best way to fill the old plug hole as easiest as possible. I知 trying to avoid having to mess with mixing fiberglass with chopped fiber/cabosil,etc.
The skid plate will actually cover the hole but only just barely cover it, so I知 wondering if I should just put some 5200 or even 4200 on the plate and just use that to block it off?
Or is there some simple to use product out there that I can use to permanently fill it in?
Here are a couple of pictures showing the plug hole and the mounting tab of the skid plate that will cover the hole:

Trim that plate. That mounting ear won't miss a 1 inch hole.
ANTI40It's just an idea.
