28 Manta - looking for more top end

I recently bought a 1994 Manta 28' center console (straight bottom, estimated 6-7k lbs?), with twin Merc 250 EFIs on a bracket. Current props are Mirage 23P. Top speed was 64mph while at the rev limiter (5800). This was on a fairly calm day, half tank fuel. I'd be very happy if I could get to 70mph, don't really care about anything past that. I haven't yet checked or adjusted engine height but they are on the second hole down.

Any opinions on what props I could try?

as a follow-up, I got to 70.8 mph with raising the motors to the second-highest position on the bracket, and 25P Mirage Plus props. Conditions were moderate chop with 10-15kt winds.

When I had my twin o/b 28' hull I used to run 25 mirage plus props for top end and used 4 blade bravo 24p for days with extra people on board or just cruising mid - 3/4 throttle. The bravo's were 1-2 mph slower top end - but better coming on plane and much more efficient all round prop.

Thanks for that -- I suspected a 4 blade would be better all around, but since my boat lives on a lift and frequent prop changes are a PITA I'll probably just leave the 25s on there.
