    I could be wrong.

    Your exhaust adapter would have to bolt to the top of the mid in place of what’s there or your p.head won’t bolt up.

    Or it’s cooling passages etc.

    The 150HO is a 60° motor. The adapter plates/exhaust housing is very different.

    Instigator is correct. The the top flange on the Taylor mid is right but the 60* V6 Engines use a different adapter plate and upper mount setup versus the 90* V6 motors. In order to mount a 60* V6 to that Taylor mid, you need the correct adapter plate and the correct steering arm (which needs to be cut down to 16'').

    When you mention the correct adapter plate and steering arm, are those parts from a particular year/model motor?

    What ever mid-section your getting the powerhead from, Id use that adapter plate and steering arm.
