    Any idea on Make and model? Year and HP on Merc?

    There should be numbers on the transom of the boat, port side, and you can identify the boat by that. The motor should have a plate riveted to it with a model and serial number as well. Not sure exactly where that might be on that motor, but unless someone removed it, it should be there.
