    Threaded tilt tube split collar

i am missing the collar used on seastar ram assembly, used in starboard end of tilt tube to take up slack, its a thick piece uses an allen to lock. cant seem to find this piece. can i stack ss washers instead, getting the same result?

I think I bottomed mine out and made new spacers for both ends rather than using the nut to take up the slack.
Is it this one (mine is different if I remember right): https://www.ebay.com/i/203194783903?...caAj3EEALw_wcB

Seems like mine was not split and had a pointed set screw through the side that jammed into the threaded portion of the rod? Boat's far away in storage now, or I would get a photo.

A while ago i cut some 1/2 starboard, with a hole saw, ss washer each side, 0 slack.. that pic is it, but il keep my 30$ for now.. gonna restore the old skater18. going to paint it to match the 2.4 220 15'' battleship gray/ orange accents mariner-mag colors. rub rail, jplate, seats, now the fl. heat is over.
