Sure not getting the comments and suport i thought I would get from a build thread.... I guess this site has gone political and would probly be better if I started a non boating thread about politics

I'm enjoying reading it but not tech savvy enough to make any comment that would help you. Looks like a good build and a real runner. Thanks for posting it...Politics will go away, boating hopefully will not.

Please, do keep posting about this build. I am not familiar with the motor you are working on nor am I an expert in modifying these things, but I do enjoy reading about this. Thank you for your time and effort.

Yes, please keep posting. I'm assuming from your first post that this build is complete and running and this is a good story to tell. Doubtful if I'd ever undertake a build myself....but it's all good information that will likely be used somewhere by me and maybe others like me. Thank you for posting!

I picked up the non progressive linkage from DezNutz and a black slide intake from Brenden. And a new Brucato ACU and James put a 260 39# fuel curve on it.

What's the deal with non progressive linkage? Is that part of the setup w slide intake?

The stock laser intake has 4 air intake holes. The bottom 2 open 1st about half way before the top 2 start to open. With this custom linkage all 4 butterflies open at once. Therefore all cyls have a much more equal air intake flow

What kind of power gains do you see from the aftermarket slide intakes? Or is it more of a drivability thing?
