New Member out west

Hello, just joined. I inquired about a Penn. rebuild outfit that did not meet anyone's recommendations. I am just a retired fisherman in eastern Washington who dabbles in boat rebuilds lately. Out here we lack some of the resources that seem to be abundant in the midwest and the south. I am in need of replacing an older Johnson OB for a fishing boat I rehabbed last year. My current project is a NW classic fiberglass boat that has a loyal following from Alaska to CA. They were very well built, after they ceased using wood stringers. I have admired the hulls and view of these boats for 20 years in the waters I fished here. Right before the covid mess I found a great project boat to build my dream. It was an inboard, but I stripped it out, added a bracket and now a new OB. This will replace my previous project when finished, but need to replace the OB on it before I can sell it with confidence. I am ok with shipping a motor that will work as they are rare as hen's teeth out here. Here are a few photos of introduction.
