    water deflectors

This thread is about info about purchasing mat'l to make my own water deflectors/diverters. In my build, I pulled mine out to cook the block..........knowing they'd melt. Now, I want to replace them. BUt the factory prices for them are getting just stupid for a piece of 2" hard rubber. Is there someone who sells this in a long piece or an alternate material?

    Any advise is appreciated.

While I agree at 6.39 each they are expensive for what they are but you only need 4 is it really worth a chance on the wrong material.

No...its not. I just didnt know if someone sold the same material in a long piece instead of individual pieces and i cut it flush with the deck as I isert the piece into the block.....Buy in bulk....save money...I have more than one crossflow sitting in wait, and knowing I will be replacing those too Mr Stoker...thats all.

I wuz lookin to da future ...........
