Since it cost so much and hard to find has or does anyone built one themselves? How long is the arm?

I thought he asked about the length of the arm which i would consider the top part of the swivel pin. On a 15", its 2" inches longer due to the swivel bracket having 2" longer setback over a 20". So, a cut down 20" isnt a viable replacement unless you are using side ram steering.
