Bears like to fish to... Dan
The problem with having a sense of humor is often that people you use it on aren't in a very good mood.

Just have to share this with all harley owners, have a custom sof tail with acarb proplem. went to harley for advice, the service . The dude told me they dont do any carb work, dont have any parts, a his workers wouldnt know annything, basically said my bike is obsolete, only if its EFI. Isaid are you erious? he slid an old tattered book and said look for yourself. A real dick. i would expect more from a dealership. They better put of lots of plywood.

Two weeks ago my wife called said we had a large Bear by our garbage, she called the cops they told her If he got nasty to call back...
I told her to let the three dogs out, blow a gun off, she would not, I live on 2.5 acres fenced in, second time in two years a bear showed up, they are building on every piece of land
around hear. Last time about 7AM I yelled and clapped and the bear ran down the driveway, It first tried to go thru the hedge but found the 6 ft chain link fence. We have invented the world; WE see

It's not just your dealership. We have the same thing here. Our dealer would not even look at my low rider for the same reason. Actually I don't think it is just Harley either. Several have brought their boats in after being told the engine was too old and the mechanics would know nothing about it. Finally a use for an old guy.

When the dealers changed from having marine mechanics to service techs is when the computers took over the service dept.

It's a lot like asking for a part without a serial number for the motor. Fun to watch their heads blow up.
