    Any bother F1 anymore?

Its on early me (6ish am) so its on the tube, me in the rack. Usually fall back asleep after start as its simple freight training now with Hamilton first again Wake up and he's top podium again, 93 wins now. Possibly he will retire next season, then get some action again. Probably Bottas now and Mercedes again.

I do, because it's on early. With Ferrari down on power since last season it's not much to see. Just bought a MB AMG, so win on Sunday sell on Monday worked on me. I prefer the qualifying on Sat am more than the race.
Sold the Skater, missing it everyday

I threatened to quit watching when they went to hybrids but hung on.

Watched 70% of the races last yr and only one this year.
Its become like watching paint dry.

The teams play chess all through qualifying until the last 2 mins of the final session.

The most advanced machines on the planet and they don’t even let us see them??

I'm watching it this year, didn't in 2019, and it's not much better. Unfortunately, they have delayed the major rules change to 2022 instead of 2021. So we get another year of watching Mercedes easily win just about every race.
And Honda is pulling out of F1...again. If the new rules don't change things for the better I'll stop watching until they do make it worth watching.

all about the biggest check book...
When Mercedes won their first man champ for 50 years they bought all the team a new watch, all 1000 of them.
4 staff at track monitoring the pressure sensors on the body to check the aero....
    etc etc
F5000 growing in Australia and NZ....

I have been watching the Lucas and also the, I think it's now called, Red Bull offroad series, aka short course racing. Kinda like motorcross for trucks, buggy's and UTV's.
    Start watching at 12:40

Back on F1, it's nice to see them race at different tracks and some of the "old" F1 tracks. Looked to me that the racing was better when they race on the "old" F1 tracks.

Until they stop the chess game of qualifying, I’ll nap, eat, clean the shop etc instead of watching the Lewis Hamilton show.

He will retire as soon as he tops Michael Schumachers records.

Lets put them in the same car for qualifying and same competition for the race.
Michael would ask who this kid is that he keeps passing.

Another example of money and marketing (look at NHRA Pro Stock) over taking why we watch racing.
NHRA Pro Stock is now cars that are all identical w/motors from only two builders.

F-1 won’t even show us their cars/motors to see.

    Fk off!

Seems all racing except boats is getting to homogenized and hence boring....

I've been watching some of the ARCA Menards Series. It's good stock car racing without all the split race/championship crap.

After meeting and talking to Alexander Rossi (great, down to earth guy btw) who drives the NAPA Indy car, and did race F-1, he tried to convince me Indy Car put on a better show.
As in, top 10 qualifiers within 1/2 a second!

    He was right.

But I can’t get past the identical/spec racer look.

Indy Car was as good as F-1, back in the day.

Agreed on the flat track and moto gp.

Cool to see the various brands winning class too.

Just saw that Royal Enfield just won their first race which I think is way cool.
Read an article about their new team and they didn’t start until after begging of season
