Lengthen the two sponsons and make it just a tad more modern and this boat is a winner.

You going to chase down Mr. Demeanor and his 100+mph Biel?
I do love the hull - she's got good lines. Doesn't catch you as a 13' when you first look at her.

Did the Yamaha pro 50 trim conversion for the sst 60, sandblasted everything and finishing up the cowl and pan getting it ready for a mold.

Bolted up the uflex steering ram fits great no issues except It touches the cowling pan, more work on the pan to make some clearence, cant bolt under the steering arm not enough clearence. For 3 different engines in one it fits well hah.

It would be cool to have a wing plate water jetted and utilize a side ram on this rig "looks like you could use the lower studs.

Bad advisor. Can't beat six mounting points for a plate along with a pin and ram for strength. I say go for it.

If I did that I could have eliminated the need for the shaft to be bored out and used the stock sst60 swivel shaft as i would not have needed the arm on it for the steering ram to bolt to thats the ,main reason why I wanted to use a side ram.. It would also eliminate the clearance issue im running into with the sst cowling pan touching the bolt and the hydro steering ram arm.
