My Livestream locked up after Todd D caught Torrente in the corner as he was having issues (fuel?)

Then Phase 5 went over and didn’t see any more.

Did Todd D take the win?

I know they have a roll cage in that boat.

That boat was to be the plug for a nice straight mold...

He's got his work cut out, for sure

He was with in 1 mph of Shaun

then he got some other props and a extension in the rear hoping to gain

so It sounds like the plan worked

When he first told me about the roll cage I was surprised, but he built the boat so light and they have a minimum weight requirement so it's right at min weight

with cage, adds strength and protection, so 3 boats in this class blew-over in Key West and 2 blew over here, what's going on?

The boats today did not "blow over" they all "hooked" and rolled or flipped over in a turn. Smooth water other than the other boat wakes.

No it is not normal for a race to have that many.

I know that they also had about 5 Vee hulls spin out and or flipped over in the turns.

Every one seemed to be OK, so that is very good news.

In key west you had two boats get to close and cause an aero issue. Jackhammer also went over but my understanding was they were new in that boat and maybe trimming her a little high. Earlier this year they rolled and I heard a broken drive shaft may have done that. I think part of it is the stock class is super competitive and a lot of guys are pushing because the completion is so close. I certainly dont want anyone to get hurt but I do love how competitive stock class is right now and think it's great for the sport.

    .

if Wicked (Todd D) crossed the finish line in 2nd place he would be awarded 253 points

...and further, if Jackhammer finished 3rd place behind Wicked, Jackhammer would be awarded 262 points

let's see how OPA placed the boats at the finish line

More like Talladega than Miami to Nassau ...

Todd's boat looks more like a sponson imprint , that a roll over ..

Either way .. most competitive class out there ...

I heard Shaun ran out of fuel? that's different?

AS Todd was passing him on the outside another boat realized Shaun was out but cut to the inside came in hot to next corner and got mixed up with Todd and

went over, not sure who had the most damage, Shaun and Todd were in front before mishap that's racing.

It would have been Todd the guy that ran into him then Jack but...

Shaun just runs away I understand he has the latest DW kind of like the Torrente special version some of his own Ideas incorporated in.
