2005 50hp 2 cycle winterizing help please
Is it self draining like mercury's or do I need to run the pink stuff through?
I've going to the normal stuff, gear oil change, treated fuel

That's right. It is self draining, no pink stuff required. If you want to go to the next step, you can fog the motor in. Fogging spray can be bought anywhere they sale gas and oil additives. Take the plastic intake cover off, start the engine in the water or with ear muffs, disconnect the gas line while motor is running and start spraying into all of the carbs, one at a time. the amount you use is up to you. I have friends who will empty a can on each motor they do but I'm more conservative.
Hope this helps
