Maybe power was asking about a pic from the inside of the tuner up through the adapter into the block and adapter through to the block?

Power, Racer. About that water passage log right where it's stupid. How's the fix to plumb external around it and cut and weld plug it up ?

Build up the bad dead spots ceramic aluminum shape and smooth, get a nice turn through the "S" bubble - block- adapt .

Bill Ghor posted long time ago, said cut that out and weld it up.

How about use 235 adapter and mod the exhaust to go straight down KR style...

Will cut/weld affect cooling in any way?

KR style......got any pics? I honestly know nothing of the KR motors.......

I wish I did at this juncture.....time to learn.

Keef ... Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Do your best to get your line of sight straightened out. Nothing sharp .. tear drop , bullet nose , will be the most bang for the buck .. time spent. A lot of the other stuff will get you bogged down in .. "tech lock" .. Don't axe me how I know ...

Long term .. get everything you can projects .. mill out junk that's in the way .. build it back with weld .. machine everybody flat . Air and kinked up conduit's have never been good for power. Reduced head 12 point, washer with type bolts will get them out of the air stream.
If you want to feed the heads cold water .. take it before it gets to the block if you can . pushlock fittings and air brake hose will work fine ..

if you find yourself bandsawing blocks in half to see how thick casting are .. and what can be done to straighten flow path's out ... you know your out on the edge .. LOL
