My friend Tom Leigh (Tommy Gun Images) took this for me on the south (ish) end of Lake Havasu. I'd gotten to know Tom while out at desert storm a few years ago. Was great to see him again at Nashville for the 450R release.

Little resort up the wolf river past Fremont. "Pine Grove Resort"....

It sure resembles a lot of resorts "Up North"...., But it isn't. It's a 40 minute ride up river from here. Great food, better cocktails.

There's cabins for rent all summer long. It'll run ya about 125/night during peak season. I think they have around 8-10 cabins that'll sleep at least 4.
Great spot to use as "home base" for early season walleye fishing. The White Bass season follows soon afterward.

My buddy John chasing me across Lake Winneconne in his new to him Formula 353 Fastech. Pair of 525's in that heavy ole tub had a hard time catching up in that flat water.
