This one was never listed- Astor has turned into a hot spot and most water front stuff is sold within a couple days if its priced anywhere close to realistic. When he came down, we watched 5 possibilities sell within the seven day period that he was here which is a lot for a town of 1500 people. He was at the R.P.R.T. (right place right time) and pulled the trigger within 30 seconds of hearing the price.
Looking forward to making memories together Hula...

Yea, like Joe said. This place hasn't been listed. The folks i'm buying it from have lived there for quite a while. They bought a piece of land out in the woods someplace and plan on building a new home a big toybox. They're getting into doing more off-road activities and less boating.
Again. Like Joe said. Right time right place. Luckily, I'm in a great position, to not have to deal with a bank. The lady thats buying my place here in wisco is payin cash, and i don't have a note on it.

You can get on plane as soon as you get in the river unless it is flood stage.Flood stage happens every other year or so for a few weeks.

Does anyone know how well they do cutting thru the cypress stumps and trees? This one potentially has me as concerned as his twister "not a lot of crumble zone", not a lot of motor skeg, and not a lot of keel skeg, a lot of power and zero dead rise. Now it will only take Hula pushing next to him and it will be game on- he has already used up 8 of the 9 lives lol....

I will be in the back of the pack but first to the scene with a line to pull him out if something goes bad....the top and bottom picture are sitting on my car trailer to give you an idea of just how big this thing ISN'T. Something tells me we might need to have fenders welded down the sides of these things---
