Modern Mercury 3 EFI's sold outside US?

Mercury still makes an EFI 3 liter sold in many parts of the world outside the US, for example: https://www.mercurymarine.com/en/afr...stroke/250-hp/

Question is, are these made in Mercury's Fond du Lac plant (as I'm sure they were before 2005), or overseas?

The link says loop charged, oil injected. I'd say that's a real outboard.

Need to hire a smuggler to get them thru customs.
Find us a country where they still make the 225 promax and I'll go in on a container load!

Two out of six , not bad for an "American" company. "Cloud 9" err .. Plant 9 in Kissimmee / St. Cloud makes switch's and stuff like that .. no motors.

To that point, is there any way to find out which plants manufacture what?

Closest I've come to some of the third world restriction free outboards is a few years back a friend raised a smuggler boat with 3 carb 250 Yamaha's on it after coast guard sunk it. Sad that the third world has access to better outboards than us.
