    1972 Wooster Hellion Fiberglass Boat

Seen this on a local facebook for sale page and thought I would share as it is kind of interesting. I do not know the owner, never seen the boat. So here it is:

And here is the info posted with it on Facebook:

    $2,200

1972 Wooster Hellion Rare little fiberglass boat. It was made by Rubbermaid Industries for only 2 years 1971 & 1972 for a Disneyland ride. It is designed for 2 people and holds up to 500 lbs. It measures 7.6” Long and 4.5” wide and weighs about 130 lbs. It fits easily in the back of a pick up but it does come with the trailer. 1980 10 hp Honda engine runs well. Original paint to keep it vintage looking but plenty of people have painted theirs all different ways. Has original foam in the boat, original cover for gas compartment. Recently replaced steering cable and new carburetor on the engine. Lift not included

    I remember them.

They were popular in the day.
    Big fun w/little motors.
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

I like the combo safety kill lanyard and bow line concept.....Go to tie up and shut down the engine at the same time. Genius.....
