I know those suckers are expensive and ya don't need it as a paper weight but I had one fixed twice then sold it to a guy that also had it fixed twice. After it resurfaced (same spot) I gave him his money back. Loved my ET but had more money in repairs then buying a new one would cost. Might be just my experience and not the norm. DAH did the repair.

Yeah I know it sucks even repaired I would not trust it at speed, was going to send to dah but there done with. The cut heads went from 120psi to 130psi ran better though.I just got a mod 280 and the Bridgeport is now going on garys boat so may try those heads on the b/p as it is a stock powerhead.

If you want to send those heads back I will cut them again at no charge. Hard to believe a cut to 32 cc (maybe a little less ) only netted 10 lbs.

Never done it but if it requires no more than removing the groove I don't see why not.

We are still here, but we are under new management and are relocating the shop to Antioch IL. We are planning to open to the public by early - mid summer 2021. As for repairing a 1" crack on a blade, that wouldn't be a problem at all. We are currently training with John Janaky and we fixed a prop that had a 1 1/2" - 2" chunk ripped out of it and it looked like brand new when we were finished. Our welder is very experienced and skilled at welding thin gauge material. If you have any other questions or concerns, go to www.dahpropellers.com and give us a call or shoot us an email. We would be happy to talk with you.

Seems I remember removing .010 equals .7cc. Do the math.
