I got back home 2 weeks ago and haven't had internet until 5 min. ago. How do ya get service restored hours before a hurricane is about to hit?

It is coming this way next. We've already gotten 2", and forecasted up to 8" more. I just hope I don't loose power. Going to have a big cook out if I do. I just picked up a deer from the processor!!!

Figured it out. The internet access is from my cellphone provider not my internet provider.
Lost power around 8pm last night. Word is 20 ele. Poles are down and most of the city is without power again. Hopefully it won't take 3 weeks to restore this time. At least I have my new generator to keep the bare necessities running this time.

Delta wasn't anywhere near what Laura was but we got more rain this time. Strange thing is the radar showed most of the rain on the north and west side of the storm. It's usually on the east side.

Hope everyone in Delta's path is okay.
My laptop died during Laura so posting from my phone, which sucks! Not gonna post much until I get the laptop fixed or replaced.
