    Triton TR19 Help!!

I just bought a 99 Tr19 with a 200 EFI merc on it.. I took It to the lake today and can’t figure out what’s wrong. Full throttle trimmed all the way up the boat feels like it’s losing traction and the ass end starts swaying like dangerously bad. Right now it’s got a 24 pitch tempest on it. The prop to pad is approximately 3.5-4. It seems to be lifting ok.. but the hole shot is very terrible!! Anybody have any ideas??
