    Ladas were sold in Canada for a while. I found one for sale in Fredericton in a brief search. We got a sedan based on the Fiat 124 and later a small SUV

    I m not sure of "want " for a Lada but very basic Fiat . Had a few - were all bought by fathers for daughters . . A few Corporations/ small business - smashed them - and fundraised by taking a sledge to the brand . Public involvement was high but nowadays - Insurance- -.

    LOL, I worked in Germany in 1990/91. Small town on the old Eastern side, wall came down 1989, those cars where like cockroaches then...everywhere you looked.
