Concord Mach 2 set up

Just got the Mach 2 back in the water for the first time since the complete structural repair. The rotten transom, core and stringers were the reason for the out of control porpoising. Not she's solid as a rock and won't porpoise at any trim position. I kept the stock 19 inch setback platform and am running a basically stock 25" 2.5 200. With a beat 23" Laser, I got 66-67 mph @ 6300-6400 rpm w 2 aboard. W a decent 24" over hub Trophy and the same load, 67-68 mph @ 6000 rpm. By myself w the Trophy, 69 mph @6100 rpm. If I had a hydraulic jack, I would have easily broken 70 mph w more height. A 4" jack will be the next addition. Overall, I am very happy with the results. Now we have a semi fast rig that rides like a champ in rough water.
