Launch where you want .
We will gather at Dart Island (6.5 miles north of Haddam Meadows near Bouy #73 and Tower #72)
Please bring and wear your vests and lanyards

Thurs night or Friday morning. Any forecasts this early are worthless. You could be stupid and call it now, then have Saturday clear up and drive right into rain on Sunday.

Saturday is doable, but Sunday will be a much better day, primarily with much less wind and a near zero chance of rain. Should be a very pleasant day like last year. There are other considerations like schedules and the amount of debris the rain will bring, along with the fact that some people I don't like can't make it Sunday.

A decision will be made this afternoon. I'm a little torn on which way to go but since I appointed myself official weather forecaster 15 years ago, I can just lie to get what I want. He's getting pretty old and will believe pretty much anything I tell him, especially if the bunny backs me up.
