Internal combustion engines will still be used in vehicles for a VERY long time to come. They aren't going anywhere and people who think are are just show how ignorant they are on the subject. ICE will continue to be used in aircraft, trucks, heavy equipment, ships, generators, to power industrial compressors and other applications.
Ask the military how long they plan to use fuel burning vehicles. It will be for a very long time to come.Last edited by CDave; 10-25-2020 at 10:50 PM.

The UK government has formally announced it will ban the sale of combustion-engine vehicles by the year 2030 as part of its “Green Industrial Revolution.”

Notice in the article they said ONLY cars and vans. So only personal vehicles. I wonder if they will allow their subjects to buy a vehicle in another country and drive it in the UK.
I predict prices for used petrol burning cars is going to skyrocket in 2030, over there.Last edited by CDave; 11-21-2020 at 04:00 AM.
