looking for some help diagnosing my rich problem so rich it wont clean up with rpm had injectors done, adjusted tps to as low as it would go at idle .039v wot 7.36v, tried another ecu (digatal) known good from local boat shop ran the same if not richer tear your eyes in 2min.I am going to check resistance of iat and ect in morning could either one cause this much fuel? if i simply pinch fuel hose off to injectors,
with needle nose I can make it run near perfect any diagnostics would be greatly appreciated, Thank You in advance, Alan

Tpi should be .250 with tan wires unplugged from port head . We had a 200 the other day really rich , turned out one of the o rings had torn that go from the vst to the fuel rail . The ones on the two aluminum tubes .

Not sure this is your problem but if your pressure is high like mentioned, check little screen in the scheader valve. Need to open the 2 small philip screws.

Check the enrichment circuit (yellow w/ Black). As a quick check, disconnect it. If the problem goes away you found the source of your problem. If there’s any power being bled off to that circuit your injectors are dumping fuel into the motor.
I had a very similar problem with a 260.....don’t ask how long it took to diagnose!!

Bad insulation or pinched wire on your injector harness wiring inside the plenum shorted to engine ground could being causing an injector to mis-operate and stay open . You can test the harness insulation real easy by separating the 4 pin round connector and checking the individual white , blue , & yellow injector coil wires to the plenum (engine ground) with a Multimeter set to ohms and it should read Meg ohms or very high thousands of ohms .
