Sounds like you better call Randy and be the first one the green. Nobody makes it easier then him to finish a boat to your desire and line up the money end as well.

Boat looks great as all Doug Wright boat do! Always exciting to see any one build new smaller boats. Does it have a center pod? Hopefully there is a inserts for twins. Excited to see it run with a big tunnel should be very fast.

Plenty of speed, smooth riding, quiet single Merc Performance OB with a warranty. A new modern hull design with up to date build tech, a boat and engine management screen most will expect. Great docking manners, Easy shifting no docking drama. Butter smooth high MPH performance

After positive boat tests results come out in the media. I'm thinking it's time for a boat motor trailer package with 20% down, 20 year fixed rate finance package with a free cover and prop to get some market share.

Hmmmmm. Where do I sent my deposit and credit application??
Then all you would do would be insure it!!!!! LOL

Drawings look good, I really like it!
To me the deck lines, windshield and overall looks like a mini Victory cat.

So what's the reason for vinyl over epoxy? $

I've known guys that bought an 24 Skater, then wished they had a bigger boat, those bigger boats seem to fly great.

Sharp design, economical compared to twin motor set up, Great Idea.

I was thinking the same thing

If there were a version with twins, I'd put it at the top of my list.

...vinyl gets the job done for weight, panel cycling durability, secondary bonding, cost, etc. the finished product is more "forgiving", more flexible, due to its vinyl content. excellent for rough water boat construction.

The best thing about vinyl ester is the fact that you can use gel "545 and base paint is 8K on a boat this size", add graphics and colors you are at another 10K. Doug doesn't build anything (performance boat related) out of anything other then epoxy. He is all about rigidness and strength (a straight running surface is a fast running surface). Vinyl is less then 1/2 the cost of epoxy.

@WILDMAN That is a beautiful rig. You been eating to do something like this for a while I bet. How much design input do you have in this? I always wondered why liberator didn't take your modifications and make them factory. Can't wait to see how the finished product turns out.
