Prop hub question
Boat is a 88 Formula F242SS, 330HP BBC motor with a Bravo 1. It has a 21P old Mirage Prop (no PVS) with a rubber hub.
So I spun the hub in my prop last weekend. When I pressed the old hub out, I noticed the square pattern the rubber hub was pressed into looked a lot like the Flo Torq hub pattern. So I happen to have a flo torq II hub insert laying around, I dropped it into the prop and it fit perfectly.
So the question is - do I need to bother having a new rubber hub pressed in, or can I just use the Flo-Torq hub?

i've done to 4-5 props. no problem but torque the prop correctly. 125 for the rubber type props and the small sq tork hubs . 40 for large shaft torq II hubs
