Looking for fuel & restaurant info on the IL River in Peoria

Planning to meet a college friend from downstate and run from Spring Valley to Peoria and back on the IL River. Not finding much about what kind of restaurants are on the water (and which ones are open right now during the plandemic) in Peoria. I don't believe I will need gas but just in case, that would help too. I see there are some marinas, but this would be on a Sunday so not sure who's open. Also, are there places to tie up and walk up to alternative places to eat?

Chillicothe would also be OK for a stopping point.

Peoria has the Burger Barge, Paradise Casino, and Eastport Marina for gas. Also several restaurants walking distance at Eastport. Very good place to eat across highway from Burger Barge called 5th Quarter.
