pickle fork?
When you pickle fork a full tunnel, what exactly does that mean? sorry if its a dumb question

On a' true'or full tunnel the deck runs all the way to the front of the sponsons.You rarely see this any more. The air under the front of this type of boat provides a great deal of bow lift. Ending the deck or 'air foil' sooner as on a' pickle fork',lessens the amount of bow lift and ,as a result,the chances of 'blow over'.
