I once heard in an interview someone asked him about the other great guitarists like Hendrix, Clapton, Van Halen, etc and Glen said "I can play all them better than they can play themselves!" It's not bragging if you can back it up...

After his memory went and he was still touring, he wouldn’t know people but he could still play. They had a screen so he could read the words.
